Hi, we are The professional women of Mclean county.

We are a diverse group of women who own businesses, work for large to small businesses, and strive to make a difference in our community.

We meet monthly to inspire and educate one another and learn a little in the process. Our 2022 meetings have included presentations and discussions from Design Mavens Jean Underwood who challenged us with her themed talk on “Changing the Status Quo", to offsite meetings at Heartland Community College to explore their Challenger Learning Center and Workforce Development Center’s Technical offerings. We also explored Work-Life Balance with Katie Gordon on her presentation on “How to Stand Out,” “Find your Tribe” by Blair Brown, and “Finding your Key Light” by Jenette Jurczyk. We also host a Book Club meeting each year where we discuss a business book and topic. 2022’s “You are a Badass” was a great choice! “Lessons in Chemistry” is this year’s selection. We also host a Casino Night fundraiser each July where we raise money to fund our scholarships. These are open to the public and a great networking and social opportunity. Our 2023 Casino Night will be held July 27 starting at 5:30 p.m. There is so much more to come as we host meetings on leadership, a small business panel, and a holiday party to round out the year.

Our group is led by a small volunteer Board of Directors. If you are interested in joining this active Board, please reach out to our Board President.
