Kim McClintick, MS, RD, LDN
As the dietitian for the Center for Healthy Lifestyles, Kim speaks throughout the community in schools, businesses, community organizations, support groups and conferences on a variety of health and wellness topics.
Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in dietetics and nutrition from Iowa State University and a master’s degree in public health administration from Drake University. Kim has been published in numerous trade journals and magazines, including the Journal of the American Dietetic Association.
She has appeared in a series of education videos for corporate wellness programs and is also featured in a national educational video through Learning Zone Express titled, “Obesity in a Bottle.”
She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Central Illinois Dietetics Association. Kim is the recipient of the 2009 Public Health Award from the McLean County Board of Health. Kim has worked for OSF St. Joseph since 2000.
