Do you know what triggers overeating? Food cues are signals that lead you to eat, even when you are not hungry. Identifying WHY you eat, WHAT you eat and WHERE you eat is the first step to taking control of your habits!
Join Professional Women of McLean County as we welcome back a crowd-favorite speaker, Kim McClintic in May!
Kim, a Registered Dietician will differentiate hunger-vs.-non-hunger cues and provide strategies to avoid the urge to splurge when emotional eating has got its grip on you!
Plan to join us on Tuesday, May 8, 2018. Networking and lunch starts at 11:30 and our meeting will start at 11:45!
Registration ahead of the event is appreciated to ensure we have plenty of food!
