Professor Don Fox

Join PWMC June 9, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. for an empowering hands-on workshop by Professor Don Fox at Gracie Barra, 3302 Gerig Dr., Suite 300, Bloomington.

Come as you are (no special clothing needed) and lunch will be provided by PWMC to its members and guests who register (see link below.)

Don Fox is a BJJ Rank: Second Degree Black Belt.

Fox started training martial arts when he was four-years-old through boxing and other various disciplines. He began practicing jiu-jitsu in 2000 and developed a passion for practicing and teaching the art. He was awarded his black belt by Master Carlos Gracie Jr. and has the privilege of training with and receiving coaching instruction from many BJJ legends and UFC Champions. He is the founder of Gracie Barra Bloomington.

Professor Fox enjoys competing and has won numerous championships.

PWMC will be providing a bag lunch for this off-site meeting and we need an accurate head count. Lunch will be from Avantis and include a gondola, chips and a cookie. Water will be provided. Please note there are vegetarian and gluten-free options when selecting.
